Ingredients:

Vitamin D-3 (cholecalciferol), Vitamin K-2 (Mk7), Other ingredients: Dextrose, natural cherry flavor, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, citric acid and silicon dioxide.

Directions:

As a dietary supplement, 1 tablet taken 1 to 3 times daily preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, chew tablet thoroughly before swallowing.
