For the serious vintage watch collectors and aficionados only: this is the rarest Seiko and rarest JDM only release Seiko Automatic Speed-Timer of all time. Turned up in a no-name Japanese watch shop a few years ago in Tokyo, all original OEM NOS condition. Nick name: Sunrise Pogue from November 1972 as if you can read and understand the serial number on the back of the watch.
These JDM Sunrise Speed-Timers were in production for only 2 months: November and December of 1972. No one really knows how many of these time pieces were produced and making it very very very limited/rare and hard to find in today’s world specially in a like new all original condition. Basically these time pieces are in non existent until this particular Speed-Timer becoming available for sale…
Service history is unknown. Watch still runs but a bit slow. Movement will need servicing before use. Sold as it and no returns accepted.
